Customization: These favors are designed to be a cohesive addition to your wedding, shower or corporate event. Choose your general color palette in the notes and we will curate a variety of succulents to match your theme.
Bulk Ordering: To ensure we have the best plants for your date, we recommend ordering at least 3 weeks in advance for quantities over 25.
Pickup: Available for Local Pickup or Delivery Only. These delicate favors are carefully boxed and ready for easy transport to your venue.

Fulfillment Timeline: To ensure we have the best, most consistent plant stock for your event, a minimum of 3 weeks' notice is required for orders over 25 units.

Requested Date: You must provide your requested pickup date at checkout. If no date is provided, the standard 7–10 business day fulfillment window applies.

Natural Variation: As these are living plants, each succulent will vary in shape, size, and color. We curate a beautiful, diverse mix based on your chosen color palette.

Local Pickup Only: Due to the delicate nature of the terra cotta and the live plants, these items are not available for shipping. Once the order is picked up and in the customer's care, Eleph Succulent Events is not responsible for transit damage.

Refund Policy: Because these are custom-assembled living products, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order at the time of pickup, please let us know immediately.

Shipping Method: We ship exclusively via FedEx and UPS Overnight services to minimize time in transit.

Payment Terms: All shipping fees must be paid in full before your order is processed. Tracking information will be provided only once payment is confirmed and the label is generated.

No Guarantees Post-Shipment: Due to the highly perishable nature of our products, we cannot guarantee the condition of items once they have been handed over to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or incorrect address entry.

No Refunds: All sales are final. Because these items cannot be restocked or resold once they leave our facility, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason.
