1. Inquiry
Start by filling out the inquiry form with details about your event, style preferences, and overall vision. This helps us determine availability and understand what you’re looking for.
2. Initial Review & Proposal
Based on your inquiry, we’ll create a custom floral proposal or a curated à la carte quote. This will outline design direction, estimated pricing, and service details.
3. Booking
A signed contract and non-refundable deposit are required to reserve your date. Once booked, we begin sourcing and planning your florals.
4. Design Planning
About six months prior to your event, we’ll review floral selections, color palettes, inspiration images, and logistics. Inspiration photos help guide the design but are not exact replicas.
5. Final Details
Final quantities and details are confirmed 30 days prior to the event. After this point, changes cannot be guaranteed.
6. Event Day
Florals are prepared with care and delivered or installed according to your selected services, ensuring everything arrives fresh and ready for your celebration.

Do you offer à la carte wedding flowers?
Yes. À la carte florals are ideal for smaller events or clients who only need select items such as bouquets and boutonnieres. Delivery or pickup options are available.
Do you offer full-service wedding florals?
Yes. Full-service floral design includes custom planning, delivery, setup, installation, and teardown. Availability may be limited during peak season.
Can you recreate a specific inspiration photo?
Inspiration images are used to understand your style and preferences. Because flowers are seasonal and each design is handcrafted, exact replicas are not guaranteed.
Do you guarantee specific flowers or colors?
We cannot guarantee exact flower varieties or shades, but we make thoughtful substitutions to preserve the overall look, color palette, and quality of your designs.
When do you need final details?
Final quantities and design details are due 30 days prior to the event date. No changes can be made within 0–30 days of the event.
Do you offer delivery and setup?
Yes. Delivery and setup services are available and quoted separately. Pickup options may be available within the Denver metro area for select orders.
What happens if my event is outdoors?
Outdoor events are subject to weather conditions, which may impact florals. Once installation has begun, weather-related damage is not eligible for refund or replacement.
What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, payments made are applied toward time, planning, and materials already sourced.
